Our story

CASSAiR is a proud family-owned Australian business established in 1991 by Lew and Dianne Cassar.

What began in a garage manufacturing small sheet metal products such as rabbit hutches and bird feeders quickly evolved into producing plenum boxes and custom duct fittings for local air conditioning installers throughout the Sutherland Shire. As demand grew, the business moved to a factory in Taren Point, expanding to handle larger commercial projects.

Today, I’m proud to continue the legacy my father built. Having grown up around the business and worked alongside him for over a decade in drafting and manufacturing, I have now taken over CASSAiR and am committed to continuing its strong reputation for quality, reliability, and precision workmanship.

Operating from our Kirrawee workshop, CASSAiR supplies high-quality duct fittings Sydney-wide, using only premium materials and ensuring every job goes out the door right the first time.

With over 30 years of manufacturing knowledge passed down and more than 15 years of my own hands-on experience, I’m focused on growing the business while maintaining the same standards of craftsmanship and service that CASSAiR has been known for since 1991.
